Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Wild Collections. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return/Exchange for Open Parcels
Once a parcel is opened, returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of our product (organic Wild Olive Oil).
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Product quality issue (genuine cases only).
In these cases, you must request a return within 4 days of delivery.
3. Return Process
- Contact us at thewildcollection@yahoo.com within 4 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return (with proof if possible).
- Once approved, you can ship the product back to us
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refund will be made to the same payment method used during purchase.
6. Exchanges
If you request an exchange instead of a refund, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned product is received and verified.
